Contracts?  Wait! Have those contracts reviewed BEFORE you sign it. Once a written contract is signed, both parties must abide by the terms, which is why it is essential for you to understand the legal consequences. Unfortunately, too many small business owners are too rushed for time or maybe you are simply anxious to get going on the deal or just assume that contracts are “just standard” and non-negotiable.
