  • Miscommunication can quickly ruin a business and lead to lawsuits. We are humans, and we make mistakes.
  • Civility is good for business. The idea of ‘one size fits all’ does not work for client service agreements or other contracts. Sure there are lots of free forms to download, but your business is not ‘one size fits all!’ Just like your business is unique and fluid, your written agreements should be.
  • The maintenance of your legal entity is critical.
  • Preserve relationships and build trust to show you are a reputable company that people want to work with.

4. With employees returning to work, how do we track time they have to watch their dependent children and how many “days” they get out to do that (if they split the week/weeks with an ex-wife, for example, and what are we supposed to pay and how does that effect our PPP?
